Pros:
Cons: Old Lobby with damaged and dirty furniture. We came with a baby and 3 luggages and no staff to welcome or to help us. Just an answer: you have to wait 2 hours for the checkin. We decided to pay one night (conditions) and cancelled the 2nd and we leaved immediately.

Pros: I booked a two-suite room for me and my family. The room was spacious for 3 people with 2 different bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a tv for each room, cleanliness was okay, and I like the initiative to substitute plastic bottle with a water dispenser in the hallway.

Cons: The room was not well-lit, especially in the pantry area in the living room. Please install a lamp around it. The menu for breakfast could be more variative.

Cons: Denpasar is not a place where you see a lot of tourists. The city does have some good places to visit though. The hotel must have had his glory days but it lacks some of the amenities you would find in newer hotels. the bathrooms could use some update but I was ok with it.

Cons: Check in took a long time as the receptionist couldn't find our booking at first. The rooms are a bit shabby and could do with some refurbishment. We were woken at 6am one morning as an exterminator with a very loud machine sprayed chemicals outside the room.

Cons: Hotel is listed 2.2 kilometers from centre, however this is definitely not the case. A taxi ride to Kuta Beach is 30 minutes. Multiple times during my stay, I saw guests arrive, then realising how far away it is from everything, they then left to book somewhere else closer to everything. Breakfast costs extra and is listed as continental. This is not the case. I stayed 5 days and was served a plate of fried rice every morning. There was no milk for coffee, and staff were not able to provide any. I requested a mini bus transfer from the airport to be arranged (as listed on booking.com) but they did not arrange one for me. Staff advised me after I arrived that they do not offer this as a service.

One of them that had been replaced with a plastic and the other one not even that, so all the air and noise from the streets came into the room No toilet paper Nobody in the restaurant nor the guy that checked us in spoke english No WiFi in the room...

Cons: The check in experience was strange - there was no one at reception for at least 10 minutes when we arrived. The sheets were quite dirty and stained with holes. We were only in Denpasar to get to the airport early the next morning so we did not require luxury, but the hotel did not match my otherwise lovely experiences of staying in Indonesia. We unfortunately saw several rats running in and out of the lobby. Denpasar is obviously a busy city but this did not help our view of the hotel's cleanliness. The hotel Aston across the street looked much more hospitable so that would be a welcome try if we return to Denpasar in the future.
