The bed was not very clean, nor was the blanket and the towels. There was used towels in the bathroom. I
The price was good for just one night for sleep
1. The room was so smelly. I am such a insensitive person but even for me it was so smelly so i woke middle of the night few times. 2. Staffs were so loud. I am not sure they were staff or customers but they were talking so loud at morning for a long time. It was so loud 3. Ac was not working. So it was hot
The hotel was fine but some of the guests were convinced that the harder you SLAM the bedroom door the more secure it is closed.
Guests slamming the bedroom doors but that isn't a bad reflection on the hotel just moronic guests.
Some of the staff were good. Others were exceptional. The location is very convenient. Only 2 blocks to the beach. Lots of choices for restaurants in the area, and there are some convenience stores as well. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, which can be hard to find. The curtains were effective.
Got the wrong room when I came. I got switched to another one, but it wasn't like what I reserved on the website. Some lights didn't work. Having only one mirror in the whole room was difficult, and outlets were few and inconvenient. The shower head is chest high, and there was no hot water kettle, which is strange in this region. Restaurants in the neighborhood were either poor quality or super expensive. I couldn't find any middle ground. I got sick from a few of them. Street food and local family restaurants can be found, but they are quite a distance. There is construction going on all day long, but this is found throughout the entire area as taller and taller hotels are being built to compete for views of the ocean. Things were generally quite worn and lacking in maintenance, so drains were clogged, fixtures didn't work well, and the water heater got very hot, but only produced enough water for a few minutes of use. There was a room service menu, but it was only in Vietnamese. I think that motorbike rental may have been available, but I could find no information about it. There was also information about purchasing tours, but it was all in Vietnamese only. Beds are extremely hard, and the pillows are very flat. If that's your thing, then you might be comfy.
The staff is very friendly
The room is not like the pictures they show. No window so I felt really bad. They also said I’ll have a bathtub in the bath room but then I got nothing.
