room was very small, first night there was a big cochroach in the bathroom, but I believe this is a problem in the island. It was taken care of and no further problems

Breakfast very good. All staff very good. Shower was amazing. Bed and pillows the best I've slept in.
The pool hours were only between 10am and 4pm. This is ridiculous for an adults only hotel. We drove out a couple of days and would have loved a swim in the pool at the end of the day but not after 4pm. Why? Adults swimming make very little noise. It is the reason I would not go the hotel again. A shame as everything else was really good.

Close to beach and bay with shops. We like to go out for meals in the evening and all was close by. Big balcony in the suite which they upgraded us to. Bottle of cava brought to room on my husbands birthday as a gift from Hotel.
We had a problem with ants in our ground floor room, had to ask them to spray the room twice. They were coming out the air con grill I think and running all around where the kettle/ coffee machine was. Leak in bathroom behind toilet, they came out to fix twice but both times the water carried on leaking afterwards. One waiter in the restaurant was rather off hand. No evening entertainment so it was a bit dull if you stayed in.

Unlike almost everywhere else in Corralejo, the Dunapark had vacancy on New Years Eve with very short notice.
Cant believe this place calls itself a four star hotel. Decor is very dated. The place felt depressing. It was gloomy in the rooms and corridors, even on gloriously sunny days. So many corridors - it seemed I was in a hospital from the eighties. No recommendation I'm afraid.
