One Toilet had no door as a design and another one had no exhaust and so not pleasant ..

People were truly lovely. All extremely helpful and kind. They all seemed genuinely pleased to see you. The food was very varied with excellent choice for a buffet and tasty dishes to order too. The villa was very modern, tastelly decorated and well equipped.
We found the pool quite cold despite paying to have the pool heated.

Nice welcome with a bottle of cava and a cake in our room, thank you! Villa layout was nice with everyone having their own bathroom. Pool setting was very pretty, but pity it was a bit small and close to other villas (although we had no noise problems but could be different during a busier time of the year). Would like to return when the weather is a bit warmer! The breakfast buffet was good, many choices and refilled constantly. Staff were super friendly. There was a great little restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel, Chris's Bistro. Great for pizza and pastas.
Breakfast buffet - improve the yogurt selection and don't serve canned fruit. The coffee that is free (from the machine) at breakfast is truly terrible. But you could pay a bit more and get a very good cappuccino or espresso, that was excellent coffee. Wish the jacuzzi on our terrace had been heated, it never warmed up enough to use.
