The hotel is simple (which ensures costs are kept to a minimum and thus allows for a cheaper room) - easy check in, easy and quick access to the lifts, small room which was fine - I just needed a place to sleep and shower so it was fine for that. If you plan to spend time in the room for more than sleeping and showering then maybe the room will not be suitable for you. The breakfast was simple but nice, fresh and wholesome. Staff (reception and restaurant) were friendly at all times and also helpful. The snack bar at reception was reasonably prices and staff were happy to help make a tea/coffee or provide a sandwich (pre packaged). The only thing which was a minor inconvenience was the location - with the hotel tucked away about 10 min walk from the Central Train station - this meant there was no restaurant or convenience shop close by and required a 10min walk there and 10 min walk back. As I said - not a major problem but something to be aware of if you prefer a hotel that is in the middle of shops etc - this is not that hotel. The hop-on-hop-off bus has a stop just a 3 min walk from the hotel - which was great. All in all - this is a great hotel which suited my needs and ensured I had a great stay in Copenhagen.
There is nothing that can be done better - it is what it is
A very nice hotel on a budget. Loved the design, look and feel. It's very modern, small rooms, not tons of ammenties, but for the trendy traveler it's perfect. Absolutely loved it! Most importantly, excellent location.
Location was great, acessable to sights Room was clean & comfortable Stafff were friendly and helpful Would definitely stay there in the future
I didn't like that we had to check in at 3 and check out at 11am.
Air conditioning is bad Breakfast is bad Noise level in room from outside is loud Employees are not friendly
very close to the center of the city
phone in the room, small brush missing. room for 2 people too small
modern and clean
Limited food / bar facilities
New, clean hotel which is very price worthy. No extra charge for foreign credit cards, which is too common in Denmark. Plenty of parking lots nearby. Reasonable walking distance to city centre.
Some noise from the rail road close by (my room was in the 7:th floor), Limited selection of food at breakfast - although it was low price (60 DKK). Rooms are small, but OK just to sleep in.
The room was clean and very functional in a modern hotel with several elevators and the price was very good
The hotel is a little removed from the center and there are few restaurants close by.
It was very clean, modern and comfortable. Close to all tourist attractions. excellent
The window could open a little bit more =)
Modern standard. Good large bed. Internett available free of charge. Friendly staff.
Rooms are too small. No closets or adequate desk. Poor air condition (gets stuffy fast). The breakfast was a complete failure; poor quality of food, inadequate facilities, lack of cups and utensils etc. Nice design does not make up for poor quality.
Friendly staff and clean hotel
Next to a building site. "Hotel" felt like I was backpacking and staying in a youth hostel. No bar!
The cleaniness of the hotel rooms and the model shower area!
The hotel do not have hot water or kettle available.
The staff was extremely friendly and competent. The hotel is new (as it was just built) so everything is in top shape, and very beautifully designed. The room was very comfortable, and you feel very safe there. Another plus, are the computers with internet that are there for the guests to use for free.
The rooms are a bit small (there is no closet for your clothes, but a drawer under the bed) and I was disappointed that they make you pay for the locker you need if you have a late departure.
Close to the central train station (10 minutes by foot). Everything is new. Price is correct for Copenhaguen, but still expensive.
Bad welcoming of the employees. They only accept danish krones. Rooms are quite small and the last stairs are still under construction. The area of the hotel is a large construction site. I would only recommand this hotel to someone who looks for a cheap hotel.
