Room size, very small for the rate you pay

Location was great, right at the train station in the middle of the city

The interior is worn down, although the rooms were perfectly clean. I was told I had to pay some city tax although I already had paid this charge with via booking.com. Other than that everything was smooth and straight forward.

Easy to get to from the railway station

It was very expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Beautifully sited overlooking the Cathedral, with a bit of extra care and attention this could be a great hotel. Sadly a little updating and a better restaurant would make this a much better place to stay. Good for a day or so but not for longer stays.

No information at all in hotel room about hotel facilities or town. Restaurant seems to be shut most of the time (apart from bar). A bit old-fashioned in the decor.

Location of the hotel was excellent, very central and a short walk from the train station and main attractions.

The hotel, for the price range, could have been a lot cleaner, and it should also be noted that double rooms do not have double beds, but two singles pushed together. Considering the low standard of upkeep and hygiene the fourth star is questionable.

Location. Right across street from Hauptbahnhof and Dom. excellent breakfast.

Room was a little small but that is Europe.
