Pros:Bugs and women of questionable intent where loud and hang out around my room where I have 2 young children
Cons:Had better maintenance and choose your clientele better. I was told to expect a full refund, by The desk clerk to find the charge is still pending on my account and that Kayak has to issue the refund or stop payment for Quality Inn Atlanta Airport-Central, so please do.
Pros:I never made it to the hotel, and I'm still waiting to see if you/the hotel refund me for this disaster.
Cons:Let's start with customer service. When I call to see if/when the hotel is picking me up on the hotel shuttle, a tiny smidge of honesty would be awesome. Saying "10 minutes" each time I called over the next 45 minutes is not acceptable. Add to that the fact that I was stranded at the airport due to weather, and sitting outside IN the weather without proper clothes, and you'd think a "quality" hotel might have tried to be more customer-service oriented.
Pros:Good location, friendly staff, met expectations for price

Pros:- the cleaning lady was really nice - comfy beds -easy for the uber to find -fairly close to what we were going to see. The miles away from stuff wasn't far, it was really just traffic. -fast food and grocery stores were a shirt drive away.
Cons:-when we got there, the covers had stains on it. (Huge nasty looking) -the chair had a huge white stain on it, we never really knew what it was, so we didn't go near it. -the night stands had sticky stuff on them, where it looked like something got spilt, but never cleaned off. -'complementry breakfast' consisted of pouches of: -pouches of grits you could make yourself -raisin bran or frosted flakes -prepackaged cinnamon rolls. (Looks like snack cakes)
Pros:Convenient to the airport.
Cons:The hotel pictures do not look anything like the hotel. The outside around the hotel wasn't clean. Full ashtrays by the door. This hotel also allows smoking in some of the rooms. You could smell smoke in the hallways. This is not the hotel I expected from the pictures.

Pros:The location was great and the shuttle to the airport was super.
Cons:To use the room heat, it blew a curtain out over the table, and there seemed to be no way to stop it. Maybe some weights would suffice. The luggage cart was difficult to steer.
Cons:Put in a smoking room when I do not smoke. Very disgusting. Nothing nearby for food when you arrive on a late flight.
