Rooms need kitchenette
The room was not clean and it was need of lots of repairs. It got the job done, a place to stay for the night. The bathroom smelled awful.

In need of some repairs; overly reeked of air freshener in places; staff is well-meaning, but gave us key to room that was already occupied before quickly moving us to "proper" room. No harm, no foul in this case, but pretty sure we'll find somewhere else for our next overnight stay in Atlanta
Front desk staff was very helpful, and have us tons on extra blankets when we only asked for 1. Great people, clean, comfortable.

Fraudulent charges at Best Western
The hotel was clean and the PAID staff was very friendly
I did not like that my credit card was fraudulently charged 3 separate times for 2 different amounts on 2 different dates. I did not like that the owner K. Patel was extremely rude and laughed when I called to inquire about the charges. I did not like that She was not helpful and flat out told me to call back after I had calmed down from them stealing my money.I did not like that I had to call my bank to resolve the matter as the owners of the motel had no intention of assisting me. I will NEVER stay at this motel again and advise anyone that does to watch their statements for multiple unapproved charges.

Not worth the money
Staff were nice, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet.
Overall facility was not clean. Found a hair in my oatmeal. "Fitness Center" consisted of a treadmill in disrepair that worked intermittently, and a reclining bike with broken water bottle holder and loose fittings. The weight machine was rusty, and also in need of servicing.
