Cons: Computer system crashed. Not enough agents working at check in. We waited in line 1 hour just to drop off bags. Very frustrating.

Cons: Announce the app download well before boarding so that I can get it. I never had a chance

Pros: The booking process was incompetent One could not stand next to ones seat in bus. class. The toilets were poorly designed. Food was poor

Pros: Virgin are great.

Pros: on time, clean, excellent crew.

Cons: Please offer vegan options on your mainland flights. I know this is offered on international flights, so you are aware.

Pros: Good flight, good accommodation, great crew, good food!

Cons: Not being 20min late and having NO ground announcement about the delay and impact on connecting flights. When I suggest to a staff member that perhaps they should keep customers informed, they said they couldn’t because they didn’t know. They helpfully suggested I google for information! Seriously!

Pros: Aircraft and crew service was excellent. Seats were not too comfortable

Cons: More leg room would have been nice for 14+ hours flight

Pros: We flew economy and the seats were comfortable, the inflight entertainment was great and easy to use, the food was excellent and there was a choice, and the flight crew were friendly and attentive. I don't think there is anything else you could ask for!

Cons: No complaints, it was an excellent flight and we would fly Air New Zealand again in a heartbeat.

Pros: The seat was super uncomfortable and they switched out flights 3 times so the layovers were extremely long.

Cons: Not switching our flights three times and not accommodating us like we had originally paid for.

Pros: On time. Like the 787.

Cons: The vegetarian evening meal.
