The award winning Millennium Hotel Cincinnati is the perfect choice for any traveler who enjoys the convenience of a prime downtown location, outstanding quality and superior service.
Bit run down. Elevators kept breaking downPros: Great location. Friendly and professional front desk workers. Restaurant inside the hotel was subpar and the hostess was classless and unprofessional. Rooms were clean but old and in need of updating. Only 3 elevators for a large hotel, and they kept breaking down causing delays all 3 days.
Needs updatingPros: Good locationCons: Dirty, smelled like smoke, beds are terrible, no help from staff upon checking, couldn't find reservation.
Decent stayPros: Room was clean and modern. Walking distance to pretty much everything downtown. Cons: Shower knob was not working correctly. Water was coming out of both the shower head and the bath faucet. Bed seemed a bit firm. Bed was a bit squeaky too.
Pros: LocationCons: Rooms were dirty. Light falling off the wall. Shower barely put out water to rinse off. Elevators were very slow.
Run down and dumpy with good locationPros: Good downtown location Cons: Every single thing is outdated and gross looking. Carpet has stains, a/c unit noisy and musty smelling, towels cheap and old. Rooms are tiny. Basically a budget oriented dump with a good location. Even the restaurant/bar was a dump. Didn't want to sit in the chair in my room as it looked like it was in a frat house for 10 years.
Pros: Great locationCons: Over priced for quality of the room. Room wasn't as clean as you would like.
Pros: The service and location were great! Cons: The room was very over priced for what it was. Our room was pretty small and the room didn't ever seem to cool down. The price could have been due to it being 4th of July weekend, but I feel you were really paying for the location and not the amenities
So bad I walked out and got another hotel. Pros: The place smells like a sewer. Not clean and not what you would expect. Then they hit you with New York and Chicago priced parking of $30.00 a night.
I walked out and got another hotel. Not worth it.
Pros: LocationCons: Cleanliness
problems with a broken bed
Pros: The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and city sites of interest. The staff was professional and friendly inside the hotel.Cons: The valet for the hotel was full because it lent out its spots to concert goers making their hotel guest park next door at a local parking garage. The valet also inaccurately told me how much it was to park at the public lot. The Hotel looks nice from the outside but the lobby is huge, confusing, and looks a bit trashy and unfinished. The fitness center was very small and inadequate.
Not worth itPros: Netflix on the TV as well as Hulu, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the turkey wrap at the lobby bar was fantastic, the front staff was nice even if they were slowed and overwhelmed at times.Cons: No free parking, small elevators, wrinkled carpets in the halls, no fridge in the room, poor shower head, no vent fan in the bathroom, breakfast was neither complimentary nor free, ac smelled of mildew, in room literature about the hotel, city, and check-out instructions are at least 2 years outdated.
Just stay across the street at the Hyatt. That was a much better experience.
Pros: Staff was very nice and informative. Rooms are clean. Cons: The bed is not very comfortable.
