No cold water, no ice, bad AC - awful for sunburns
I liked the location. Great location.
I didn’t like it the lack of cold water, the broken ice machine, the air conditioning that only worked if all of the lights were off. We had gone to the beach that day and gotten sunburnt - all we wanted to do was take a cold shower, sleep in an air conditioned room, and hydrate with a glass of cold water - all of these basic things were insurmountable problems for this hotel. I must have called the front office five times with different issues. They only took $50 off of my stay. Will not be staying with Hilton in the future.
Location was great!
Did not like to be on first floor The room was old and small
This is a very beautiful hotel in downtown savannah.
If you are located in room 299 then move as there is a night club located right next door and you will be up until 2am. The staff are not helpful. I missed my business meeting the next day.
Fantastic Charleston location
The hotel is in the historic district which made it where we checked in, parked the car and the entire stay we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It is half a block to the city market and horse carriage ride. 5 min walk to the waterfront park. And located all around it are fantastic restaurants. The staff was very friendly and gave us some great tips on things to do. When we come back to Charleston we will stay here again
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking to people about the area and received good directions to several area venues.
I felt the price was a bit high.
very pleasent stay
