need to update bathrooms
Everything .the room was fantastic (thanks for the upgrade ).breakfast was wonderful .staff at concierge desk and registration were very helpful ,big thanks to Brantley ,Rafiek and Ryan at the concierge desk and Kaybee at registration .
The location on the V and A waterfront were great and the views of Table Mountain just add to the atmosphere
The only thing I can think of was that we did not have time to buy any of the teas we tried while we had the high tea. It is a pity they are not available to buy in the hotel
Breakfast and housekeeping service
From the Bell boys , reception staff everything was wow!! I really had a 5 star hospitality service The breakfast ... its was just a mouth watering so sweet. I lost my bank cards and the room key at the Mall and I was able to get my items in less than 30 minutes
Good selection and great Eggs Benedict. Lovely sunny room.
