The staffs was very nice.
When you are in a community room (8 bed) I will like they clean the shower every day.
Pool area was nice, located near the bus station which was handy.
Showers were terrible, had to wait ages to get hot water and there wasn’t enough water to properly wash our hair. Room only had a window onto the inside of the hotel so room was very dark and smelly.
Hostel is right next to bus station which is why we booked. Pool area and staff are very nice and helpful. Good breakfast.
We had a private room with shower but the shower was very dirty, we couldt use it. The area is very sketchy at night, we felt very uncomfortable walking around, best to stay at the hostel.
Nothing. Do not stay here. Not worth it.
The rooms look creepy and old. The fan was broken. The private room they gave us seemed like a broom closet. Just terrible. They refused to cancel reservation and would not give back any money after I said I would not stay.
The hotel is nicely decorated, with the communal area just around the swimming pool. The complimentary soap was great quality, too bad that there was no hair dryer though...
We stayed in a private room that felt a bit like a prison—bars on the windows, bare concrete walls in the bathroom, no privacy in the toilet... The neighborhood is pretty loud, so we were given complimentary earplugs (unfortunately the noise was too much anyway). Our room was on the second floor with no elevator, so pack accordingly (we had to take a very heavy bag upstairs and downstairs twice and the staff didn’t offer to help, despite seeing us in need). The wait time for breakfast was just ridiculous: over half an hour for two cappuccinos and another half hour before scrambled eggs were finally served. Recommend going elsewhere, as the quality wasn’t great either and it’s just not worth it considering the relatively high prices. They don’t allow food bought elsewhere to be eaten in the common premises, which is a unreasonable request in a hostel.
