The hotel is in a quiet location at the very end of Cala Millor next to the nature reserve. It is a lovely hotel that has excellent staff. Raul and Loli on reception were really helpful and the dining room staff were very polite and friendly. The maitre d , sorry didn't get his name, was really pleasant and delighted that we were trying to improve our spanish. Jorge , Pepe and their colleague that helped us in the dining room were all excellent. The buffet style dining suited us and there was plenty of choice. The fruit display was amazing. Our hotel room was spacious, very clean and warm. The shower was excellent and there was always plenty of hot water. The hotel is lovely, it is clean and has nice lounge areas to sit and relax in while taking a winter break.
The indoor swimming pool is narrow and not very big. There is just a sauna in the spa area. Luckily just one other person swimming when I went so not so bad.
