Pros: Business class seats require improvement

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Pros: Crew was nice. Seats were ok. Paid for extra leg room but was not helpful. Wanted to upgrade to business class but they were not ready to negotiate. They had empty seats but wanted fill price. Their loss..

Cons: Long wait at the airport checkin, seat was so uncomfortable and paid drinks (including soft drink) after the first meal service... so odd!

Pros: The efficiency of the process from boarding to disembarkation.

Cons: The flight was delayed, however I understand this happens in aviation.
