Heater on two of the rooms that I rented weren’t working
Hotel seemed very run down and poorly maintained. The lobby was dark and looked almost closed, room directions were not posted on the corridors, and many exit signs were not lit. I stayed here several times when it was Adam's Mark and was very happy. Maybe Covid has taken its toll and things will improve once Covid passes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location to Key Abanado Center - shuttle to the concert we were attending. Great price!
Lounge/ bar/ food area in front did not have enough help to get orders efficiently taken and out for people attending the concert. Our room needs major updates! There was also a hole on the side of the window allowing for cold air to come in and I heard the cars on the expressway all night. The room was also dusty. They have been renovating this hotel for years. I was here last year and it doesn’t seem to have changed very much as far as updates...especially the hotel rooms.
The staff were great.
I know the building was being renovated, but my first room had a heating unit that was broken, then they transferred us into another room, it had a cracked window. The bathroom cleanliness was suspect at best, with black gunk in the corners of the shower, etc...
Great visit to Buffalo
This was our second visit to the hotel and we love the location. We have experienced good service both from the hotel and the restaurant.
No problems at all to report.
Ok, place, Ok location
The location was conveincnt and the price was ok for what you got. Easy on and off the Highway. And the parking was free
Small rooms, long walk from parking to room, but that is to be expected for a convention hotel. Small bathroom too
Busy hockey weekend
It was nice having a restaurant and bar right in the hotel, very convenient. There was a long line for check in, probably because there was a hockey game & 2 weddings that day but we appreciated the free parking & 15% off restaurant coupon they gave out due to the wait.
There is no parking lot to park your car while you check in so it was a bit hectic checking in & bringing our bags in, but we were grateful for the complimentary parking which is normally $10/day
i like the location was awesome. Breafast buffet was a good value. staff was friendly. the bar had really good drinks.
hotel just needs some updating. a small facelift.
the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating as much as they could be.
no refrigerator and no microwave in room which seems standard at even lesser hotels.
Parking not included.
All facade, no substance
At first glance, Adam's Mark has a pretty entrance complete with a fountain and colorfully lit interior. Parking, while not included, is $10 per night. It is located within walking distance to the metro Church street station.
The actual hotel rooms are dimly lit and shows sign of age. The bathroom light flickered intermittently. Worst of all was being awoken at 2am by an antiquated PA system due to "unexplained technical difficulties". The night staff was unprepared to handle the situation as guests wandered aimlessly outside. The morning staff adamantly refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and only begrudgingly offered to waive the parking fee for the night. Not worth the cost and headache.
Great location and friendly staff.
Out-dated small room. Paid for two queen beds and our room had two full beds. No refrigerator in the room. Coffee maker was missing the filter/ground coffee holder compartment. Overall, I wouldnt stay there again nor would I recommend anyone.
Buffalo, New York is famous for being incredibly close to beautiful Niagara Falls. The downtown Buffalo area is charming and very welcoming to travelers. When tourists are looking for lodging, it is important that they find a place that gives them all of the luxuries that they need. It will also need to fit their budget. A great hotel that is great for the pocketbook and comfortable is called Adam’s Mark. Adam’s Mark is located in the heart of downtown Buffalo and has 486 guest rooms.
Adam’s Mark has many great guest services such as a restaurant and bar, heated indoor swimming pool, 24-hour business center, and a 24-hour fitness center. Guests will love the amenities in their rooms as well. Every room has a flat screen television, hairdryer, iron, coffee maker, and work desk. All of the rooms at Adam’s Mark are non-smoking. Guests will enjoy their comfortable bedding with deluxe sheets and comforters.
When visiting Buffalo, guests will be able to explore the area and see what it has to offer them during their stay here. The Coco-Cola Field, Key Bank Center, and Niagara Falls are all very close to Adam’s Mark.
Booking a room here is simple and guests will find that the rooms do go fast. During seasonal events, it is tough to get a room here, but when guests call months in advance, their chances are much better.
