Very rude staff and definitely not worth the price.

For a 5star hotel, the room was worn out and with a small bathroom. Breakfast was also dissapointing - rather large choice but pretty much blend and average quality save for health corner.
The location is best thing about this hotel.
The housekeeping was awful. The room was not cleaned properly everyday we were there. I complained about this on our last night and the housekeeping manager looked embarrassed and offered us a free transfer to the airport. We had booked the prestige suite which is the top suite and the facilities in the room were not great. One of the sockets was not working, there was no dressing table with a mirror where my wife could get ready, instead she had to do her makeup in the bathroom or sit on the floor in the hallway. There would only be one English breakfast teabag in the room per day even though there were two of us. The bed was not comfortable and I would wake up in the mornings with a backache. I have stayed in many hotel suites around the world and this is by far the worst for the money we paid. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel.
The location of hotel was great. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with great facilities and toiletries.
The breakfast was just alright and overpriced. There are just too many much cheaper and better alternatives elsewhere in Budapest.
Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice. The location is very good as it is central to Budapest. The staff were very attentive and professional. Would recommend the hotel.
The air conditioning in the room did'n't work too well. The maintenance team did look at it but could have been cooler. Not sure what it would be like in the hot summer months.
