We booked a twin room with a private toilet and bathroom but those rooms were not inside our room. We had to wake up early in the morning to get the train to Amsterdam and there was no water in the bathroom at that time. The staff didn't inform us where I could take the bedsheet until I got in the room and came back to the reception to ask.
May they could arrange some dinner if we asked in advance. They only do that for groups.
The room was good sized and clean. Breakfast was included in the cost of booking the room. Breakfast was good and topped up pretty quickly.
The bathroom was good however the sink drained really slowly. They need to check on the sink or plumbing. The staff were nice but not too helpful.
Friendly staff, perfect location, great breakfast, large lounge Zona, free table tennis, and nice design.
Maybe the bathroom wasn't that clean, but considering 10 people use it no problem.
The hostel was nice and safe in general. Breakfast was okay
The bed was not very comfortable, i was in the top bunker and everytime the lady underneath me move everything was shaking and waking me up (she was not being a bit careful) She was also on the phone after all dorm was asleep, let her light on all night and had a shower at 3 am. I understand hostel can't control guests, but common sense should be reinforced
