My husband and I stayed here for a three nights on an anniversary weekend get-away from NYC. I was already in Europe for business and we met up at the hotel on Thursday. From the moment of arrival and greeting by the wonderful concierge, to seeing us off to the airport by taxi, service was impeccable and the surroundings perfectly comfortable and charming. I travel globally for business and spend plenty of time at the four seasons, park hyatt, mandarin oriental, etc. Oriana is now right up there in my esteem - it is a lovely boutique hotel with personality, warmth and style, and we felt perfectly at home. We’ll remember fondly the nightly music program, multiple lounge and salon spaces, wonderful breakfasts, the amazing x-burg duck dinner, helpful recommendations, friendly staff and all the pleasing elephant motifs and already look forward to returning.

Beautiful rooms and perfect location. As the other reviews have stated, it’s the best hotel to stay in Berlin!

Not only was the hotel snazzy and clean, but the staff go out of their way to show appreciation. For example, it was my wife’s birthday while we were there. During breakfast, the manager sent us a nice little plate with pancakes and bacon and a little candle. Later on another staff member brought us a little cake with a ballon and a card. So nice! But even if you’re not celebrating a special occasion, you’ll love the comfortable beds, the gorgeous view of Oranienplatz, central Kreuzberg location with easy access to bars, restaurants, and public transit. Biggest plus, the waterfall shower with plenty of room.

It didn’t bother me but it might bother some that the rooms are not large.
