Pros:Close to Sky Train (not a major station! don't expect anything around there but offices)
Cons:This hotel is a scam. This place should not be a hotel at all. The hotel faultily provides booking websites as a 4-star hotel and faulty images. The images on booking websites are from many years ago when the hotel was new, but they have never been updated or even maintenance. Everything in the hotel is in horrible condition. The room was dirty with thick dust covers everything, especially from the AC. The carpet seemed never been cleaned. The wooden floor room also dusty and the wooden planks are falling apart. The curtain is very old, falling apart, you can not even open or close it, and very dirty with lots of stains. The balcony door can not lock the front door is janky and insecure. The ceiling has big marks of the water leak and some parts split open due to the too much leak that the hotel just left them there unfixed. The bathroom is old and very dirty, fingerprint stain that somehow can not be removed, clogging sink and black mold all over the shower curtain! Fingerprint on every light switch that they never bother to clean them off. The elevators have the keycard lock system that is not working, so any strangers can easily just walk in. All these, we are not talking about just only one room that we saw, we have booked 3 rooms and all of every room are in the same condition. We believe that the rest of the hotel is the same. Once we complain to the booking website, the hotel informed them that they will talk to us directly but we didn't hear a word from them. We eventually could only spend one night and had to check out early and got another hotel across the street. During the early checkout, the hotel staff didn't ask any questions about why we left much earlier than what we have booked. The hotel management informed the booking website that they would not return the money due to their cancellation policy and told the booking website and us not to contact them again! This hotel makes you feel like you score a big deal of a four-star hotel for cheap but actually, you are getting a one-star hotel for expensive with no cancellation no matter what reason. When you see the hotel condition you would walk away and find another hotel with no money back, that’s why it’s a scam. Please do not consider to stay at this hotel. 这家酒店是一个骗局。这个地方根本不应该叫酒店, 对我来说真的是恶梦。酒店的预订网站上说明是四星级酒店和令人误会的照片。网站上的照片应该是在酒店很多年前新建时拍下的，我相他们从未更新照片，甚至从未维修过酒店。酒店所有的东西都很恶劣的。房间很脏，很厚的尘盖住了所有东西，特别是空调。地毯似乎从未被清洗过。窗帘很旧，您甚至不可能打开或关闭它，而且很脏，上面有很多污渍。阳台的门无法锁上, 房门更加感觉不太安全。天花板上有很明显的漏水痕迹，由于漏水过多，有些墙身剥落, 酒店从未为有房间维修. 浴室很旧, 很脏. 有很多指纹的污渍, 我们尝试清洁那些指纹, 但那些指纹可能太耐没有清洁, 不能清除. 整个浴帘都是黑色霉菌, 洗手盆不能去水！每个灯制的开关上都有指纹，我想他们忘记了有这些灯制的存在, 所以从未清洁。电梯的钥匙卡锁系统更加是笑话, 完全不需要房咭就可以上楼，任何陌生人都可以轻轻松松去你的房间. 以上的问题, 不是说一个房间, 我们订了3间房间都有以上的问题。我们相信酒店的其余的房间都是一样的。我们向预订网站投诉，酒店便通知他们会直接与我们联系，但他们真的很不负责任, 完全没有回覆我们。最终我们真的忍不到了. 所以只留了一个晚上，不得不提早退房，然后在马路对面找另一家酒店。在我们提早退房时，酒店工作人员没有问我们为什么提早这么多退房. 酒店管理人员告知预订网站，由于取消政策他们不会退还这笔钱，并告知预订网站要我们不要再与他们联系！这家酒店在网站上说是4星级酒店, 但实际上, 我真心觉得这家酒店, 比一星级酒店还要低. 因为我们真的忍受不了, 所以转去了对面的3星级酒店, 对面的酒店虽然是连锁的3星级酒店, 但对比这间酒店, 真的令我觉得差天共地. 所以我真的不明白, 他们说的4星级是从何以来的. 对于我们来说, 房间的费用不是很大的金额, 但对于他们的态度及这间酒店的诚信有很多的疑问, 我们写了这么长篇的评语, 是真心希望大家不要再被这家酒店. โรงแรมนี้ไม่ใช่โรงแรมสี่ดาวครับ โรงแรมระบุเท็จว่าเป็นสี่ดาวในเว็บต่างๆ แต่จริงๆ แล้วเป็นโรงแรมแค่หนึ่งดาวเต็มที่ก็สองครับ รูปที่ใช้ประกอบการขายก็เป็นรูปเมื่อหลายสิบปีก่อนซึ่งทางโรงแรมไม่เคยดูแลหรือซ่อมแซมปรับปรุง ทุกอย่างในโรงแรมเก่ามากและอยู่ในสถาพที่สกปรกมาก ชำรุจและเสื่อมโทรม ภายในห้องพักปกคลุมไปด้วยฝุ่นหนาทั้งหัวเตียง ขาโต๊ะ ช่องแอร์ พรมที่ไม่เคยมีการทำความสะอาดคราบสกปรกต่างๆ เห็นได้ชัด ห้องที่เป็นพื้นไม่ก็ทรุดโทรมพื้นไม้หลุดล่อน ผ้าม่านเก่าเต็มไปด้วยคราบสกปรกและชำรุดเลื่อนเปิดปิดไม่ได้ ผ้าม่านจะหล่นลงมาถ้ามีการเลื่อนปิดเปิด ประตูห้องก็เก่าประตูระเบียงไม่สามารถล๊อคได้ไม่มีความปลอดภัย เพดานมีคราบจากน้ำรั่ว บางส่วนฝนังเพดานเปิดออกจากการรั่วซึมซึ่งทางโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้มีการซ่อมแซมปล่อยให้เห็นความเสื่อมโทรมอย่างน่าอนาถา ห้องน้ำสกปรกมาก รอยนิ้วมือที่ไม่สามารถทำความสะอาดออกได้อยู่ทั่วไป อ่างน้ำตัน และเชื้อราปกคลุมที่ผ้าม่านและบานกระจกในห้องน้ำ รอยนิ้วมือมีอยู่ทั่วไปตามสวิทซ์ไฟในห้องไม่เคยมีการทำความสะอาด ลิฟท์มีคีย์การ์ดล๊อครักษาความปลอดภัยแต่ไม่อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ คนแปลกหน้าสามารถเดินขึ้นบนโรงแรมอย่างง่ายดาย เราไม่ได้พูดถึงแค่ห้องเดียวครับ เราเช่าห้องถึงสามห้องทุกห้องที่ได้รับมาอยู่ในสภาพทรุดโทรมแบบเดียวกันหมด และเชื่อว่าทุกห้องในโรงแรมคงอยู่ในสภาพแบบเดียวกันสังเกตได้จากสภาพล๊อบบี้และโถงทางเดิน เมื่อทางเราร้องเรียนไปที่เว็บไซท์ที่ใช้จองโรงแรม ทางโรงแรมระบุกับทางเว็บไซท์ว่าจะพูดกับเราโดยตรงแต่โรงแรมไม่ได้ติดต่อเราเลย โรงแรมไม่อยู่ในสภาพที่อาศัยอยู่ได้เราจึงต้องเช็คเอาท์ ในขณะที่เช็คเอาท์โรงแรมไม่ได้ถามถึงแม้แต่นิดว่าทำไมถึงเช็คเอาท์ ทางธุรการโรงแรมระบุกับทางเว็บไซท์ว่าจะไม่คืนเงินเนื่องจากเป็นนโยบายที่ไม่มีการคืนเงินให้ผู้ใช้บริการและยังบอกกับทางเว็บไซท์ว่าไม่ต้องติดต่อกลับมาทางโรงแรมอีก โรงแรมนี้ทำให้คุณคิดว่าคุณได้จองโรงแรมสี่ดาวด้วยราคาถูกกับส่วนลดที่มากแต่จริงๆ แล้วคุณกำลังจองโรงแรมหนึ่งดาวในราคาแพง และนโยบายไม่มีการคืนเงินไม่ว่าในกรณีใดเมื่อคุณเห็นสภาพโรงแรมคุณก็ต้องเดินออกหาโรงแรมใหม่และเสียเงินฟรี โปรดอย่าจองโรงแรมนี้ถ้าไม่อยากเสียเวลา เสียเงิน และเสียความรู้สึก
