Staff overall very friendly..one housekeeper just adequate. Could just a larger bed..otherwise stay was good. Good service staff..excellent, professional and patient dealing with an sold out hotel during stay.
There were some areas in room that were not clean..
left waiting for 20 minutes ran out of dishes and silverware. long lines and poorly bused tables. food was good but ran out of several things.
I had requested that the pull out bed be made up before our arrival and assured that it would be done. but this was not done. and we had to share the bed. This is not what was advertised and assured would be the case. had to wait for the elevator for more than 1/2 hour to go down to check out.
The room was comfortable and the location was good
The hotel was over booked too many people elevators too slow and one elevator was not working. Too many people to have any of the elevators down. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate such the 2 large groups. The hotel really needs a make over definitely not what I am use to when staying at the embassy suites. I really expected better.
The representatives working at the front desk were very friendly and professional.
For a hotel size such as this, there needs to be operating elevators. For 2 days there were 2 elevators operating a 25+ floor hotel leading to massive delays in being able to come and go. With respect to the breakfast, there was no sense of urgency to ensure eating ware , plates , clearance of tables were kept up, especially during the high volume times.
The breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the made to order eggs or omelet. Everyone we met from maintenance personnel to front desk was very friendly and helpful. The gym was very nice also.
