Pros: crew is ok, planes are good, food selection is somewhat ok, I guess it depends on a flight.

Cons: manilla airport is awful and there is nothing that can improve that...

Pros: Nice crew, direct flight to LAX.

Cons: Philippines Airlines has two things it could improve on: one is the food, which is probably the worst of any airline I’ve flown on in recent years. But the thing that is most problematic is that it is not a member of any alliance. I live in Manila, but only for a year or two, so would be nice for those miles to be transferable. If PAL didn’t have the only direct flight from Manila to LAX, I would avoid the airline altogether for long international flights.

Cons: food was so bad. bread/roll was served long after the food is served, due to zoning assignments. NO FREAKING INFLIGHT ENtERtainment the whole FReaking 14hrs of flight time. very poor, very bad for expensive airfare tickets

Pros: It was a two and a half hour flight and even in economy they served a full lunch with drinks included and tea and coffee service after. And they were so efficient!

Cons: No complaints at all, it was a great flight experience.

Cons: The cabin temperature was a bit too warm, I sweated a bit during mid flight from the heat.

Pros: Loads of leg room compared with other flights (I'm 6' and my knees are usually embedded in the seat in front, but not this time!

Cons: USB socket on the entertainment on both flight out and return was broken.

Pros: Business class on the 737 is somewhat basic compared to Virgin Australia's A330, but you still get the same great service, and the food is terrific.

Pros: The food was good. The lane was comfortable

Cons: The flight was nearly full, and the 767 is a large aircraft. I think it would be preferable if Virgin Atlantic would board the plane by zones, similar to other airlines.

Pros: Premium economy was perfect, smaller cabin with less people, great flight.
