Great location! Room was spacious and had everything we needed! Easy check in. Had no issues Came to the UT game. Uber was a $10 ride to the stadium area. When we got back, you have an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from.
Plan to pay $45 for valet. Its kinda hectic checking in and out just because there is not really anywhere to park your car while losing and unloading.
Over night valet was way over priced for area. $53/night. This was the only disappointment.
Closeness to downtown, lots of things to do.
Hot tub seemed finicky.
The ambiance was of a bygone era—-a little tired but with a hint of past elegance. There were no facilities for a light or late. Eat anf D no lounge with even limited beverage service. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
Hot water took ages to reach our, ove,y room. That bathroom amenities were excellent but were not delivered on a daily basis.
Location of the hotel for a party tourist was definithely in the right spot. The popular 6th was walking distance which was awesome to me. All staff I encountered at the hotel were very helpful in anyway they could be. A small thing like offering a bottle of water anytime I came to the front counter goes a long way.
The price of the valet parking is to much. I'm guessing because they allow unlimited in and out access as well as the safety of your car would be why the price is what it is. I still personally feel it is to much. But my car was safe my entire stay.
