Pros:The bed was amazing
Cons:Breakfast attendant was rude
Pros:NOTHING
Cons:Staff was very rude when they didn't want to handle a situation. Blood was on the sheets. Then they lied to us and asked me to be more respectful. Of course it wasn't their fault so basically they were blaming us. Then the night shift thought it would be funny to keep ringing the phone at 12:00 at night until we unplugged it. If it wasn't so late we would have left and went somewhere else. Awful experience.
Pros:The location and cost were very good for us. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. They are renovating some areas. If they refreshed the rooms a little, it would be a very nice place to stay.
Cons:The rooms are outdated - older carpeting, etc - they could use some refreshing. Although complimentary, the breakfast was not up to par with other hotels that offer complimentary breakfast.
