The best thing about this resort is it’s kids facilities. It has everything from a water park (great for kids) to a mini shopping mart , bowling and a few restaurants. Their buffet is quite extensive, albeit a bit repetitive and the quality can be improved but there is something for everyone.

It did not meet expectations. From the staff, to the location of the property to the lack of simple amenities. 1) the staff were great at maintaining the hotel (one spill and it’s gone within 30 seconds ) but they completely lacked the etiquettes / hospitality to manage guests of the hotel. They were rude, obnoxious and their first answer to any query was “not possible “ We had a late flight and checked into our room at midnight and upon arrival our WiFi, and telephone handset did not work. It took two visits to the counter downstairs to sort this out and about 2 hours. Why wasn’t this checked, in the 10 hours we weren’t in the room? The water in the shower in the room is not regulated well meaning we had quite a few burns here and there. We had an early tour starting at six am and with 2 kids we wanted to get a small breakfast packed of just some bread and fruits ( we had an all inclusive package) - they refused saying it’s not possible. We needed converter plugs- they said they don’t have any. Even my 3 start stay in Istanbul had it! Eventually they sent us a few but took about 2-3 hours again. We wanted late checkout and they said the hotel is booked but for a fee we can extend the stay for up to 6 hours for an exorbitant amount of gbp70. We needed the room for maybe a couple of hours but they refused (no complimentary late checkout offered -- which is very common w 5 star hotels). We wanted a bill for our stay that we booked through booking.com; they refused that as well!!! We wanted to have dinner at other restaurants as the buffet was getting repetitive and it should be included in the package but you aren’t allowed unless you make a reservation . It also only open for dinner . This was the worst thing as the gaps between meals only offered drinks, cold sandwiches and one fruit. We wanted a review form but they refused that too saying they do not have feedback cards! 5 star hotel with NEGATIVE 5 star service and location
