Room was big. That's all I can say about the room. Other wise it was like I said so so
Mattress was not comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned our room 1 out of 4 days. I had to ask front desk to have them to clean room and for new towels. I came back to unmade room and but at least got new towels. Bathroom was spary painted black. That was a half ass remodel job I guess.
someone went in my room and stole 800 dollars from
It wasn't to far from Disneyland
While at Disneyland with my 3 year old, 13 year old niece, and her 14 year old best friend, someone (I believe it was the housekeeper) went into my hotel room and stole $800 dollars from my purse. When I got back to my hotel room late at night and noticed that the light I left on was now off. I checked the room quickly and saw the money was gone. I then talked to the staff at the front desk and they didn't do anything. They didn't even want to give me new room keys because at the time I thought someone had broken in and I was scared for the safety of the 3 kids I was with and myself. They would not come and check the room and said they are not responsible for what happend. I called the police who came out and checked the room and made a report and the officer was very helpful! I have called the hotel 5 times now to see if they have reviewed the video footage but everytime I get the run around and have not been able to speak to a manager once. If I do not hear something soon from them I will be contacting the corporate office because this was a terrible experience.
Great value for the money!
Check in staff was great, let us park the car early to explore convention center, and even though the room we booked was under rennovation, they had a duplicate right below us. The family suite was quite spacious, even more so than similarly expensive, or in some cases even more expensive hotels. Shower had good hot water, lasted for longer than we needed it to, lots of towels, and sliding glass window/wood doors between the "adult side" and the "kid side". Beds were quite comfortable, maintenance staff was right there ready to clean within an hour of us going out at 7-8am. No bedbugs here, and both sides of beds in the family suite could fit an adult, even the "kid bunk bed". Location was good, within a block of convention center, down the street from several gas stations, food locations, and even walking distance to a massive Target outlet. AC able to go from glacial to inferno in a hurry if needed. Minifridge, Microwave, multiple desk/table spots, and extra cups in the bathroom sink.
Couple of plaster spots on the wall to be repainted over, nothing too bad, but a little distracting. Light on the top of the bathroom had its cover hanging by one side, could use cleaning. No fan (there is ventilation) in the bathroom, got a little hot sometimes. Lights would occasionally turn on and off in the main group room, ( almost a plus really, as there was 4 of them sometimes theyd go off and on in patterns or we could guess which would dip next) but I mostly chalked that up to construction upstairs.
Just another Motel8
Definitely a stay for business only; need just a bed to sleep? OK for that, nothing more, nothing less.
1. Wireless Internet Access was worthless; you definitely need to look at your wireless Internet solution. 2. No Towels the first night of stay 3. No options to order movies 4. Not enough parking available for the amount of rooms 5.
Staff was courteous and rooms were clean.
There is not enough parking for all the rooms. The driveway gets full with cars all double parked blocking the stairs and people in. No bathtubs just showers.
Location is fairly convenient.
Internet access is terrible. Very slow, lots of dropped connections. Rooms are badly in need of updates/maintenance. Bed uncomfortable, pillows flat. Breakfast sad, coffee bad.
