Location was fantastic
I was asked to pay several times and I was told I hadn’t paid and even was sent another bill after explained I paid in full at check in. I could find my receipt until the 2nd day. The reception excuse was that the staff member was new but it was embarrassing. I did receive a free drink at the bar on the Mercure but it was hardly enough to compensate.
I liked the breakfast and the room. It is a little expensive though.
The bathroom could be better. The tap at the basin is impractical. It is design over substance I think. Its inefficient. The shower is too small and has nowhere to put soap or shampoo which has to be put down on the shower tray.
It was a nice and clean room. We were three friends and it had ample space for all three of us. The bathroom was clean. The overall ambience of the room was good.
The price was a little too high for the hotel. I felt the bathroom is a tad old and needs renovation.
Clean hotel and quality breakfast
Very small rooms
The location was very good and overall cleanliness was good.
The rooms did not have an ironing board and iron.
