Authentic mud-construction adobe house in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood in the North Valley. Our home exhibits the culture of New Mexico, with traditional saltillo tiled floors, exposed adobe walls, vega ceilings, and a terrazzo tiled kitchen. You will have great views of the Sandia Mountains, hot air balloons and the Balloon Fiesta fireworks show. This is a perfect location for either a short drive to the Balloon Fiesta park, or for watching the balloons and/or fireworks from the comfort of your own patio or cul de sac. Enjoy your morning coffee in the patio atrium as hot air balloons fly over. You will be just minutes away from the Sandia Peak Tramway, and the New Mexico Rail Runner train station for a quick day trip to Santa Fe or a ride to Downtown Albuqueurque. The famous El Pinto restaurant is just around the corner, with delicious New Mexican cuisine and a long list of famous celebrity clientele. Our home has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a living room with TV, free Wifi and cable, lots of board games and wood-burning stove (fold-down futon bed available if more than 4 guests; $10 per night, per person extra charge if more than 4 people).
