This was, literally, the worse, most disgusting, dirtiest, and terrible hotel I've ever stayed at. Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the front desk. They never answer their phone! I had to switch rooms because the first one was disgusting and the second one was better, but still bad. Had mold, broken doors, stains on the sheets, holes in the blanket, and a spider. Never staying here again!!
Pros:Clean, no bedbugs, everything worked
Cons:Internet was weak and slow. Pool and spa were closed. Extra parts should be on hand to minimize down time

Cons:Breakfast was two dishes of cereal that looked like they probably sat out 24/7 Location felt a little sketchy - hotel personnel check you in from behind glass cage No one available to check us out in AM - just dropped our keys Poorly lit lot No information shared on breakfast, etc during check in
Pros:The cleaning lady did not touch our belongings. She put out more fresh towels than when we got there.
Cons:The breakfast was really limited. There was cereal, and I think that they put out literally five honey buns everyday. The coffee was very bad. The pool was closed in the SUMMER due to remodeling. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. There was tally marks on the wall. I have no idea from what. Murder, rape, a couples' romps in the bed? Never again
Pros:There was nothing there for me to like!
Cons:First of all when we arrived, one person came to my cousin and offered him drugs. This is more of a home for drug dealers and prostitutes. Saying that, I was shocked coming here with my children. Not only that but people that were already staying there came out to see what we were driving and seeing what we have inside our vehicle, saying that, I did not feel safe for me and my children. When the receptionist gave us our rooms, one of the door locks seemed to be broken in to. To quite honest, that was the last straw. I am from Los Angeles, California, and I know what a bad neighborhood is, so when people book online the first thing you do is read the reviews because you never know where you're bringing your family. I went to the hotel's receptionist and explained what just happened and demanded my money back for false reviews (I felt deceived) to my luck, she hardly spoke any English so she had to call security (they do have an armed security, his gun was already cocked back and ready to fire if he needed to). Even still I didn't feel safe after I saw him because I don't know if he's in it with the rest of the people that's staying here. Saying that, I was asking for the manager's name and number and they refused so I was asking for their names and refused again. By this time my husband and I were very upset and the security guard told my husband that the owner speaks very little English. We told the security guard that's not the problem, the problem is that I booked this hotel based on the reviews and we want our money back, they refused, we explained that one of the locks is broken because it has been broken in to. Because of that, they did refund only one room. By this time we were upset and tired so we took it and we left but to be quite honest I don't think that they were professional in handling business, very unprofessional, not friendly, here is about your money not customer service or your safety. I think we deserved all our money back, oh and the total time we were here was approx. 30 minutes and most of that time was speaking with the security guard. I told them that I was going to give them my review of what just happened and they said they didn't care and to me that says a lot of this place!
