Pros:Breakfast was just quick no hot food, beds was comfortable but didn't get the room I booked

Pros:The girl who checked us in was so nice and friendly , she made sure that the 4 rooms that we had were next to eachother made sure that we had plenty of towels for the amount of people we had in our big family .
Cons:The morning after we had a staff member named Jessica , she was super rude , argumentative and didn't want to give us anymore towels even though we sat the others outside the room as she asked .

Pros:The staff was very nice and very cheerful. The lobby is beautiful as is the large hall? I guess thats what you'd call it. Heard it was a wonderful place and with some TLC it would be.
Cons:The outside looks a little shady. May have saw a few shady characters outside but I try not to judge. Microwave/ coffee maker didn't work and the fridge froze everything instead of keeping it cold. Whoops!

Pros:When we first got there to check in they lost our reservation. When we finally got everything cleared up and went to our room the room they put us in was a mess boxes of pizza everywhere, dirty towels thrown on the floor, crumbs on the mattresses. So we requested a new room. The new room was clean but the toilet was broken and ran all night long. The room smelt like cigarettes and the bed was very uncomfortable I'm sure the floor was probably more comfortable. Won't be staying there ever again.
