Cons: The food was ok

Pros: The flight, seats and crew was nice.

Cons: The boarding did not seem smooth and the food is not very good unless you buy something.

Pros: Always a good ride.

Cons: Keep loud teenage girls from a 2 hour party at gate 21 and too loud on the plane. I know it's not really your fault but a public place in an airport is not the place for cards and other games with 6 girls sitting on the floor

Pros: Crew was great and kept us hydrated. Good free movies and nice Hawaii tv selections. Love the Hawaiian cooking show selections.

Cons: In seat monitor was a little loos and would slide out of position when watching it. Breakfast sandwich was free but the egg was a little grainy.

Pros: They left the bags at LAX. We we’re driving to Sun Valley and don’t have our ski clothes and equipment

Cons: Food, I can't understand why the main course has such a poor taste and looks like it was eaten before.

Pros: The fact that it wasn’t a full flight

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like.

Cons: The flight was delayed for almost two hours.

Pros: Crew was professional and flight was excellent. Seats were uncomfortable as expected and tight. Cracker was good but I don’t like yogurt.

Cons: WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO WIFI. Seats could be plusher.

Cons: Announce the app download well before boarding so that I can get it. I never had a chance

Pros: The price and ease of use to buy the tickets were amazing.

Cons: I bought travel insurance to ensure that if anything came up, the trip would be covered. Because of the fire in Australia and my asthma, my doctor recommended I no longer go on the trip. With my doctor's note, we were able to get a full refund on our airBnB rentals, but not on our flights. Turns out the travel insurance doesn't cover natural disasters and pre-existing conditions. It only covered if I got a disease right now and my doctor said I couldn't travel now. When we bought the tickets, the fires weren't drastically destroying much of the country's landscape and the air quality. I was still able to cancel the trip, but I only got $358 back from my $758 travel payment, and it cost me $100 processing fee. I pretty much only got $258 back. I also paid $50 for travel insurance that didn't really cover anything. I don't think I'm ever going to buy travel insurance ever again. It is what it is, and my health is more important than money...but still...

Pros: The boarding process was easy, less hassle no extra security with lot of hassle

Cons: The seat amenities were below average. 14 hr flight with no power outlets - was surprising

Pros: Good comfort service

Cons: Hour and half taking off, many seats were unusable because of a chute malfunction

Cons: Dinner choices could be better. Slow boarding process.

Pros: I like the free check-bags

Cons: I like that if I can select the seats for free after booking .
