Cons: Plane needed updated, looked old and some seats had to be fixed mid flight

Pros: The very good check in service at Changi Airport , for Business Class

Cons: The food ! Great on way over , poor on return leg from Singapore

Cons: We booked row 2 to be a quick entry/exit but they board this plane from the rear. No entertainment, so bring your own

Pros: Very helpful in getting on board luggage stowed, attractive interior

Cons: Scheduling was poor (turned up lighting far early than needed) and made too many and too loud of general announcements through the night for an overnight flight.

Pros: very comfortable reclining seats for sleeping. It was a lot of work for the attendants setting up each bed and then taking it apart. But for me, it was much more comfortable than the flight from SFO to ACK.

Cons: Movies did not change from November to December. I watched 3 on the way to NZ in Nov and they were still the only 3 to interest me on the return flight. Disappointed.

Pros: Entertainment and food and drinks. The recline in the chair allowed for sleeping.

Cons: I wish there was more seat room especially when the seat in front reclines.

Cons: I pay for the airspace above my seat - I didn't get it! Flight attendant obese and not me twice. QF need to lock their cattle class seat backs - insufficient seat pitch to allow leaning.

Pros: The crew was nice, the movie selection was good.

Pros: The service, comfort. Flight was 20 minutes early, our luggage came out quickly. This was the first flight for us on the dream airline in business. It was fantastic.

Pros: Flight attendants super sweet and really paid attention to any needs. Comfy seats, lots of movies to choose from and a tasty breakfast.
