Pros: Crew was very nice and friendly

Cons: The display was awful. It kept turning on randomly while I was trying to sleep. The touch screen was slow and inaccurate. The armrest should go back further (doesn't go back all the way if you recline the chair)

Pros: Crew was great and kept us hydrated. Good free movies and nice Hawaii tv selections. Love the Hawaiian cooking show selections.

Cons: In seat monitor was a little loos and would slide out of position when watching it. Breakfast sandwich was free but the egg was a little grainy.

Cons: Short flight great friendly service.

Pros: Crew name Sachi was excellent customer service.

Cons: The seats were broken - did not stay reclined. Also the seat pocket had gaping holes in them - couldn't place anything properly.

Cons: The ticketing experience almost cost me missing my connection. I did not get my con# or my second boarding pass so after customs I was forced to go back out and wait for a bus to get to a different terminal. I waited 30 min. Very poor handling.

Pros: super friendly crew making sure u had snacks and drinks ,smiling the whole time. thank.you!

Cons: maybe if i could hve plugged inmy own headphines but no big deal. thank you!

Pros: Some crew members are excellent and some are flat.

Cons: Food is kind of bad

Cons: Flight running late causing ongoing difficulties later in the evening. Flight crew could have been more aware and in control of rowdy, annoying passengers causing difficulties for others.

Pros: Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss...

Cons: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.

Pros: very comfortable reclining seats for sleeping. It was a lot of work for the attendants setting up each bed and then taking it apart. But for me, it was much more comfortable than the flight from SFO to ACK.

Cons: Movies did not change from November to December. I watched 3 on the way to NZ in Nov and they were still the only 3 to interest me on the return flight. Disappointed.

Pros: I like how everything went to be honest. No complaints :)

Pros: I was on flight nz10 from Auckland to hawaii 3/28th. Loved the crew, they got us on board quickly and we would have taken off on time but had to wait for 2 people showing up late. Anyway, it was a redeye so people slept for most of it and I watched movies and drank wine. The airplane was clean and bathroom were as well. It was a full flight so a little cramped.

Pros: Not much

Cons: The seat I had booked and was confirrmed was not available, double booked.
