Cons:Less meat in the food, please. I somehow missed the opportunity to request a vegetarian meal, but many other airlines offer at least one vegetarian entree option (e.g., pasta).
Cons:I was so dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of help provided after a FULL and LARGE flight was cancelled to Lisbon (then ultimately to Rome for me). I would like a FULL refund for my flight plus my miles accredited to my account for the full trip to Rome.
Pros:Our flight was late, so we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona, but TAP had already rebooked us on a different flight and had boarding passes all printed out. Good Job.
Cons:The monitors did not work.
Pros:Flight attendants were great, plane was clean, smooth flying, takeoff and landing
Cons:Check in and bag drop took us 1 hour even though we had already checked in online. hard, and narrow seats, needs more legroom for international travel, armrest between my wife and I was very wide and wouldn't go up all the way making it extremely uncomfortable for us on a flight from Miami to Portugal. My wife's seat didn't recline because it was broken. And to top it all off they lost one of our luggage tags because the lady in Miami tagged the bag with somebody else's name and destination on it. Still waiting to hear if I'm going to have my luggage for one year anniversary vacation....!
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:We missed our connecting flight due to the fact that the TAP crew leaving Barcelona said there was “fog” and therefore, nearly half of the flight had the same connecting flight to London. On top of it, they had no other flights and put us up in a hotel instead.

Pros:Seating...cleanliness...service....crew was fabulous....food exceptional. Smooth flight.

Pros:Crew was superb!! Very attentive and extremely willing to help people when called upon.
Cons:Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!
Pros:If your traveling with a child they are the best! Legroom was good, seats were confortable, and entertainment system was great.
Cons:Breakfast was terrible but I guess I'm lucky the served it. Didnt like that they changed the baggage policy after I purchased my ticket and wouldnt honor the old.

Overview of TAP AIR PORTUGAL
The primary hub for TAP Air Portugal is Lisbon, while their secondary hub is Portugal’s second biggest city, Porto. Recognized as the national airline of Portugal, the carrier helps service the picturesque Azores islands, which are halfway across the Atlantic Ocean. Flights are available to 34 countries across the world and reach Asia, South America, North America and Africa.
Considered to be the premier European airline for flights to Brazil, TAP Air Portugal reaches more destinations in the country than any other carrier. The World Travel Awards recognized it as the Best Airline to South America on a number of occasions, with the variety of choice and comfort a hit with passengers.
The airline’s fleet is made up exclusively of Airbus aircraft, having transitioned away from Boeing during the 1990s. In 2018 the airline was the first to fly the A330-900, a fuel-efficient jet that is capable of carrying up to 298 passengers. It was also the first airline to introduce Airspace by Airbus, a cabin layout overhaul that improves overhead storage, lighting and system connectivity.
You can choose between either Economy or Executive Class, with complimentary meals included on all services. The Executive category is equivalent to Business Class on other carriers, with gourmet traditional Portuguese cuisine available and recliner lie-flat seats. Other upgraded amenities include noise-cancelling headphones, softer lighting and 115V electricity sockets.
TAP Air Portugal has a low-cost subsidiary named TAP Express, which only operates short to medium distance flights. They are both part of the Star Alliance, which operates services to roughly 193 countries.
