Cons:I arrived to pick up my car and was informed that they had no reservation for me. The insurance I purchased I was charged for. But the reservation charge never went through. I ended up having to just book another car from a different provider across town.Reviewed 22 Jun 2020

Cons:Specifically asked at Nashville if I could change my payment method at drop off (different location) and was told yes. At drop off they said they can't do it, that I need to call Nashville, and they can. Called Nashville and they can't do it over the phone, I need to go to that location (i'm in a different state now). Called customer care- and they just had an attitude with me telling me if I want to change it I need to go to Nashville.Reviewed 25 Jul 2017
