Pros:I never take a window seat but you'll want one on this flight.
Cons:Seats are packed together and have almost no cushioning. Luckily it's a short flight.
Very easy check-in process, boarding, and a smooth flight.
Missed the flight (and our trip) because my son (11 years old) tested positive for COVID - notified KAYAK and the airlines 72 hours prior to the flight and over 10 days later have yet to receive a response on whether they will refund my almost $8K in tickets. Even if I do not receive a refund a response would be nice! On the bright side everyone is healthy and we still had a Christmas with the immediate family.
The flight itself was very good. A new aircraft, smooth flight, and the crew was very accomodating, presenting all information in three languages (French, Tahitian, and English). The only tricky bit was boarding. For some reason, there were two flights from Bora Bora to Papeete boarding 5 minutes apart from one another. Many passengers (French and American) got confused about which flight was boarding. The gate agent made an announcement that clarified matters and everyone got on the correct aircraft (not that it really would have mattered, both flights arrived simultaneously).

Cons:Very hot airport. Very slow check in, very chaotic horrible amateurim
No food or entertainment. Short flight. Water or juice.
Pros:Not much
Cons:There is NO padding on the seats. You are canned in like sardines without even a hint of comfort. When the seat in front reclines, be prepared to chew on the headrest in front, it's that close. The food is so poor i would not let a child eat it. Granted airlines are not known for food any longer, but still, serving a cool egg omlete that is congealed is gross! On my flight out, my seat was broken and would not recline. I can't imagine who would want to fly this airline, it has no good qualities at all
Pros:Use of Lounge in PPT airport as we were flying business class. Easy check in
Cons:Older aircraft was not updated. Business class seats in front of us reclined into us making it nearly impossible to get in and out of our seats. Some of these aircraft have been updated but you have no idea if you'll be on an old or new one. We had the new one at the beginning of our vacation. Couldn't use the entertainment in the armrest because we couldn't get the screens out. Flight attendants were not helpful. Nobody was using the entertainment.
Pros:The ease with check in and the short wait during the security check in.
Cons:The comfort level was okay for the short flight but any longer and it would have been very uncomfortable. The seats were not very well cushioned - if at all.

Cons:Tardy and unorganized boarding process, uncomfortable seats
