Cons:My luggage is lost. I have to wait for 3 days for it to get to my final destination. That is very upsetting.

Pros:Nothing in particular. The flight was fine.
Cons:The a/c system took very long to start working. We were sweating and dizzy because of the lack of fresh air.

Cons:Meal portions were very small... My asian veg meal that i ordered did not reflect on my seat number... The TV screens and remote need to be updated. Sound via the earphones was terrible.

Pros:Pretty fast boarding process without any problems during the check-in and stuff. Seats are good for the price range.
Cons:My seat had some issues with the backrest and the display couldn't be fastened in a propper position because of the broken hinge.

Pros:The flight itself,when it occurred, was fine. The original flight was cancelled. Checking into the airport hotel was chaotic and time consuming. We got 5 hours sleep. Check in was also chaotic. The flight was okay but half the plane’s luggage was left behind.
Cons:See above. Our luggage was supposed to arrive last night. It didn’t. We pray it arrives tonight. Very bad service.
